Comedian Kevin Hart brought high-voltage laughter to Mumbai on Sunday night, marking his debut stand-up performance in India as part of his acclaimed “Acting My Age” tour. The show, held at the Dome SVP Stadium in Worli, attracted an enthusiastic crowd of around 3,000 fans, including prominent faces like Indian comedian Samay Raina and cricketer Shreyas Iyer.
Hart, known globally for hits like “Jumanji” and “Night School,” delivered a set packed with personal anecdotes, sharp reflections on societal norms, and comedic takes on aging and life’s trials—including jokes about his recent divorce and persistent back pain. The event commenced with an energetic opening act by Will “Spank” Norton and Na’im Lynn from “The Plastic Cup Boyz,” setting the stage for Hart’s trademark blend of storytelling and observational humour.
The comedian’s Mumbai show had been highly anticipated, with Hart originally scheduled to perform in Delhi earlier this year before postponing due to security concerns following the Pahalgam attack in Kashmir. Expressing his excitement, Hart shared, “Mumbai… wow, wow, wow. I was really excited about coming to India. This is my first time here and you’ve been exactly what I expected you to be like. Amazing”.

After his India stop, Hart will continue his global comedy tour in Australia, with upcoming shows scheduled in Perth, Melbourne, and Sydney before wrapping up in Columbus next month. Meanwhile, Hart’s film career continues to flourish, with his upcoming comedy “72 Hours” featuring an ensemble cast including Teyana Taylor and Ben Marshall.
