Selena Gomez has admitted she recently threw a wedding-themed birthday party for herself because she thought she would have been married by 25-years-old.
The singer, 30, revealed she wore a pale pink floor-length Versace gown for the lavish bash in July at her Malibu home, to which Cara Delevingne brought strippers.
She told Rolling Stone: ‘I grew up thinking I would be married at 25. It wrecked me that I was nowhere near that – couldn’t be farther from it.

‘It was so stupid, but I really thought my world was over.’
‘We had lovely drinks, and it was beautiful, and then my friend Cara comes in and brings strippers. So I would like to say it was a mixture of sophisticated and hysterical.’
Selena has had a number of high-profile romances – and break-ups – over the past decade, including with pop sensations Justin Bieber and The Weeknd.
The Come And Get It songstress claimed the star-studded guest list included Miley Cyrus, Camila Cabello, Billie EIlish, Olivia Rodrigo, her kidney donor, Francia Raísa, as well as her little sister, Gracie.

Following her milestone birthday, she wrote on Instagram: ‘Have had a moment to catch up. Though there are so many words to say I’ll simply leave it at this.
‘My twenties were a journey through good, hard and beautiful moments that I will never forget. Each of them has shaped me into the person that I am today.
‘I am someone who is still learning, but is more certain about what matters and what she wants. Someone who is grateful for every single gift and every single lesson along the way.
‘I am walking forward encouraged by so many strong, empowering people around me.. I want to try my best to take the beautiful and the painful one day at a time and let it all make me into the very best me that I can be for myself/others/you.
‘After a few days of celebrating, my heart feels full, grateful and I can say that I’m starting to really like 30.
‘Thank you SO much for being a part of my life, here’s to another decade! Love you all inside and out so much it hurts!’
