Will fans of either New York GC or The Bay GC have their own dedicated seating section? We are only a few hours away from the intense battle between the TGL clubs in the inaugural match of the event at the SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Both teams are packed with some of the biggest names in golf and it will definitely be a contest worth watching. The New York Golf Club has Xander Schauffele, Rickie Fowler, Matt Fitzpatrick, and Cameron Young. They will be competing against Ludvig Aberg, Shane Lowry, Wyndham Clark, and Min Woo Lee of The Bay Golf Club.
Looking at the squads, there is no doubt that each of them will have loyal fans who will be supporting their respective teams along with them on January 7, 2025. So how will the fans be able to show their support within the TGL arena?
Well, thanks to the great planning of Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, and the TGL team, the arena has dedicated fan zones for both sides. This applies to all other matches as well where each team will have their own fans section on either side of the course.
As displayed on their official website, TGL has two special sections called ‘Fan Zones,’ within the arena dedicated to the two teams playing in that match. The six rows that fall under the fan zone are 102, 103, and 104 for The New York Golf Club and 113, 114, and 115 for The Bay Golf Club. While the sections will remain the same throughout the season, only the team will change depending on the matches being played.
Are Fan Zone tickets available for New York GC vs. The Bay GC?
The ticket prices of TGL events have long been criticized by the fans. Yet, that hasn’t stopped the golf community from buying the same tickets at a price of a minimum of $160. Initially, this amount was stated for general admission. However, when visiting the TicketMaster portal for TGL, it shows that Fan Zone tickets are also priced the same as the tickets for the other seating areas. Interestingly, however, not all events have the same prices. Some matches have a minimum ticket price of $176 per person.
When it comes to availability, it seems that very few tickets are actually available for the entire season of TGL. The first couple of matches on January 7 & 14 are completely booked. In fact, most of the matches including Tiger Woods’s Jupiter Links Golf Club have already been sold out. Fans better hurry if they want to enjoy the experience of catching the TGL action directly from the SoFi Center.
