On Friday morning, the actor posted a video of himself holding his breath underwater in a pool for several moments while one of his children swam nearby.
Chris is taking part in his Centrfit program’s Moves That Matter, and has so far clocked up 200 minutes holding his breath underwater.
‘Don’t let distractions get in the way of your goals… no matter how hard they try to swim in front of you,’ he captioned the video.
In the video, Chris showed off his ripped abs, chiseled chest and large shoulders as he directed his kid around the pool.
A cross section of famous friends and fans quickly expressed their awe at the film star.
