You may have seen siblings competing for attention. Now, imagine 20 such siblings competing with each other. This is normal for the Mega Lion Pride that roams in the Kruger National Park.
Recently, a group of tourists traveling in a game vehicle saw the mega pride strolling down the road in Kruger National Park. Many guests have been rewarded with such sightings, where the whole pride blocks the road tourists use for traveling.
The Sweni Pride is one of the most successful lion pride in Kruger National Park. There are 3 male members in the pride who have taken responsibility for the others. There are 20 members in the pride of different ages.
The pride looks well-fed and healthy, and all the members walking together harmoniously is a sight to behold. Then, finally, the adults decide to rest for a while so that the little ones can keep up with them.
The pride members know about the human presence and even decide to pose for the tourist cameras. Some male and female members stand in the middle of the road while others rest.
Such a mega pride is invincible, and the leading male seems very proud of his family. The young ones in the pride look relaxed, thanks to the adults. Additionally, they are not disturbed by the camera clicks and rest in the middle of the road.
