Messi has looked revitalized in his second season with Paris Saint-Germain which has since culminated in World Cup success.

The former Barcelona ace has been on and off the field after his Mundial success but he is expected to feature for PSG in their Ligue 1 fixture against Stade Reims on Sunday evening.

Ahead of his side’s league match, Messi proved he could be equally good at mischief as producing mesmeric moments on the pitch with the ball glued at his feet.

Messi hit the back of Verratti’s head with a ball before ‘innocently’ walking away from the scene with a ‘devilish’ smile.

Fortunately for him, his saint-like appearance made Verratti rule him out as the prime suspect while concentrating on Neymar, who was completely innocent, instead.

Mbappe up to ‘serious’ mischief

Meanwhile, Kylian Mbappe was caught in a mischievous moment during PSG’s first team tour of the club’s new training base in Poissy, Paris.

The Golden Boot winner at the 2022 World Cup was filmed harassing his coach Christophe Galtier.

In the hilarious video making the rounds on social media, seen by Sports Brief, Mbappe who was standing directly behind Galtier, mischievously hit the head of his coach, who was wearing a protective helmet.

Messi ‘finally’ speaks English

Sports Brief earlier reported that world Champion Lionel Messi has been spotted speaking English for what appears to be the first time during an event in France.

The 35-year-old was in born Argentina and grew up speaking Spanish as his country’s home language.

In a video shared on social media, Messi was sighted alongside club teammate Marco Verratti repeating a sentence in English during an event in Paris.
