The Garden House is a beautiful log residence with five bedrooms that was skillfully rebuilt from the original 1800s logs of a house in southern Missouri. This magnificent log mansion has 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and a great room with soaring ceilings that looks out over The Garden and its winding stream. There are a total of nine beds available in the cabin, split between two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, one bunk bedroom, and a twin bedroom.
The century-old log and stone homes were purchased, dismantled, and shipped to the Westover site from various locations around Missouri. Unique among Missouri resorts is this collection of private homes that evokes both the past and the present. The amenities at Westover Farms include a fully equipped kitchen with a full-sized oven, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and granite countertops, as well as Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a wood-burning fireplace, towels and linens, eco-friendly soap and shampoo.
The Inn at Westover is an excellent choice for a motel for individuals or smaller fishing parties. On the upper level, you’ll find the building’s 4 king-bed rooms, 2 queen-bed rooms, and 1 bunk-bed room. A shared kitchen with a fridge, microwave, sink, toaster, and coffeemaker is available to all guests of the Inn. The Inn has no minimum night requirement, making it ideal for spontaneous trips.
Another hotel-like structure, the Branch at Westover is a bit cozier than the Inn. At the Branch, all of the posh rooms come with their own minifridge, microwave, and coffee maker. You can sip your morning coffee on one of the three porches or read an afternoon away on one of the porches. There are six total rooms in the Branch, three on each floor. There is no minimum number of nights that you must stay at the Branch. Here are a few suggestions for how to spend your time off.
