No matter how much you enjoy big cats, you should never get too ᴄʟᴏsᴇ to them because they are incredibly ᴅᴇᴀᴅly creatures. But after seeing this friendly lion charge into a tourist-filled car, you might forget about it.
During a safari at the Taigan Safari Park in Vilnohirsk, Crimea, one of the lions wanted to demonstrate to everyone that he is nothing more than an enormous loving giant. The lion, Filya, had just boarded the vehicle when he observed that it was packed with people.
The enormous cat displayed no aggressive behavior and even went on to kiss several of the visitors as a token of appreciation. Everyone on board was willing to give Filya belly rubs and give him hugs, and they all appeared to enjoy being around him.
Others even took pictures with the lovely cat. It can be disconcerting at first, but this wildlife park is recognized for letting its animals interact ᴄʟᴏsᴇly with guests.
It was a cordial encounter, according to Oleg Zubkov, the park’s owner, who was driving the car. Filya was amiable but Vitya, another lion, had bit a wOᴍᴀɴ’s elbow while on a safari. Be cautious the next time you approach a lion because, like other wild animals, they may be unpredictable and touching them can be just as lethal as it sounds.
