Despite having a majorly good season in 2024, Charlie Woods has not had all rainbows and butterflies. You see, he did not play at the Golf-Varsity-Boys and Golf-JV-Boys, representing his school for unknown reasons. This was rather surprising to see, but it looks like his bad days are finally over.

The Benjamin Boys Golf team won their third consecutive District Championship in 2024 on October 29 at the Champions Club and Charlie Woods was also part of the team. The official X account of the school shared a picture of the six-member team along with their coach we are guessing posing with the trophy on the course. Very proudly, they captioned it, “Boys Golf= District Champions”.

The match began teeing off at 8:30 am. Well, that is not all for the recent accolades of the Benjamin School. Just a few hours before the boys lifted their trophy at the Championship Club, the Girls Golf Districts took place at the Trump International which they won. The team posted a photo of that too, captioning it, “Girls Golf=District Champions.” The match took place on October 28 from 9:00 am ET. Well, turns out that playing for Benjamin High School is indeed lucky for Charlie Woods.

Last year, the Benjamin Boys golf team won for the fourth time in program history, the first time since 2009. The team led by longtime coach Toby Harbeck, captured the Class 1A title at Mission Inn Resort and Club. Along with Charlie Woods, the other members were Brooks Colton, Pavel Tsar, Jake Valentine, and Tyler Bruneau. He won the individual gold and was ranked fourth among the seven players. And well, this year was the celebratory ceremony.

Charlie Woods makes Tiger Woods proud

A ceremony for the win of the Benjamin Boys Golf Team in November was hosted at the Palm Beach Gardens in Florida on March 26 this year. Tiger Woods’ son, a freshman, shot a 78-76 over two days as The Benjamin School’s boys team captured the FHSAA Class A state championship on Wednesday at Mission Inn Resort and Club in Howey-In-The-Hills, Florida. The entire team was given medals, and a ring, with which they posed in front of the camera.

Tiger Woods and his ex-wife Elin Nordegren were a part of the presentation as the team received their rewards for the same. The 82X PGA Tour professional also captured a picture with his 15-year-old son showing off his new ring beside him. He could not have been prouder. What are your thoughts on Charlie Woods? Let us know in the comments section!
