Roberto Firmino has generously prepared 200 gift boxes for friends, family, team-mates and club staff as he prepares to leave Liverpool.
It comes as the striker gears up for his final match in a red shirt, after an emotional farewell for Anfield last weekend, a game in which he once again scored an all-important goal for the club to rescue a draw against Aston Villa.
Earlier this season, the Brazilian, who is known for his sparkling smile and eye for goal, announced that he would be leaving the club and will become a free agent when his contract expires in the summer.
And it appears he has been preparing to leave some of his nearest and dearest with a parting gift, following a leaving party at the stadium on Sunday, where speeches were delivered over a three course meal.
Jurgen Klopp was one who stood up to say a few words and he lauded the 31-year-old as a ‘really special player.’

‘You are so football smart, in training sessions you are the first to get the exercise,’ Klopp said, during the farewell dinner.
‘It’s like you saw it once: “Ah, okay, go for it”. It’s really special and it makes you the player you are, with all the technical stuff, but your football brain is incredible.
‘That’s all good and makes you the player you are.’
After the event, the Brazilian, who has now scored 110 goals in 361 appearances across all competitions for Liverpool, had organised for those in attendance to be given a gift box.
The smart packages can be seen in a video posted on Florian Plettenberg’s Twitter, with the inside of the box featuring a mural of some of Firmino’s greatest achievements in a Liverpool shirt, before saying: ‘Thank you for being part of this story.’
The boxes also contained a signed Firmino shirt and a bottle of perfume.
Plettenburg wrote: ‘He [Firmino] prepared 200 gift boxes for his farewell. He gave them to his guests on Sunday evening in Liverpool – including club employees, teammates, friends and family.
‘The gifts included a special shirt signed by him and a specially created perfume by Firmino. The party was very emotional.
‘Talks with potential new clubs will start now. Out of respect for Liverpool, he has so far not considered other teams.’

While his next move still remains unclear, Mail Sport has previously reported that Firmino’s situation is being monitored by Real Madrid and Barcelona.
But it was a very emotional final outing at Anfield for the forward, who was seen in tears as he said goodbye to the Anfield faithful at the weekend.
After joining from Hoffenheim in 2015, Firmino established himself as a firm favourite among the Liverpool faithful, scoring plenty of important goals including a last-gasp winner in the 2019 Club World Cup or that fateful hat-trick against Arsenal in 2018
He has also scored several important goals this season, including a late equaliser against Arsenal back in April.
