Man In Wheelchair Builds True Friendship With Cheetah After Motorbike Accident
Life is never easy to get through, but having a loyal and reliable companion will give us the motivation to overcome adversities and live our lives to the fullest. For some people, it is their life partner who gives them strength, but the significant one for Joan Lascorz is a cheetah. This Spanish man lost control over his lower limbs after a motorbike accident in 2002 in Italy. The tragedy has turned his life upside down, but the guy decided to look at the positive side and continued to enjoy other interests besides racing.
Although Joan has to rely on a wheelchair now, he has an endearing friend that comforts him and stays by his side all the time. His big cheetah will definitely frighten other people, but it has found a true companionship with the man. Joan raised the feline from an early age, so they have formed a long-lasting relationship over the years. Despite the enormous size, the animal has similar behaviors to other pets.
Many people may think it’s too dangerous to live with a cheetah, but John and his big cat get on extremely well with each other. The feline likes to follow its owner everywhere in the house. The driver often posts photos and videos in which he cuddled with the big cat. He treats the cheetah with lots of love and receives plenty of affection in return.
In some videos, we could see the cat sneakily approaching Joan and the hugs and kisses they shared together. Though it’s hard to believe a ferocious creature acts as a pet, it does happen. It’s so lovely and heart-warming to see this duo having quality time and sharing every moment with each other.
