The British born artist is also currently facing a copyright infringement suit.
The claim comes from photographer Robert Barbera, who claims the One Kiss crooner posted photos he took in 2019 on social media without his permission, which harmed his ability to earn money off of the snaps.
The shots have been removed, but the photographer is seeking financial damages.
He previously filed suit against Ariana Grande in 2019 and 2020, as well as Justin Bieber in 2019. The cases against the Thank U, Next singer were dismissed.
Justin’s case was settled out of court.
