The 30-year-old Bodak Yellow hitmaker – full name Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar Cephus – hopped on the latest social media trend of posting no filter make-up free selfies with an Instagram Story video posted on Wednesday.
She showed off her natural looks by going barefaced with nothing on but her dramatic perma-lashes as she revealed that her 31-year-old rapper husband urged her to do it.
Cardi said in the clip: ‘My hubby said take a video like this. No makeup, no filter.’
The stunner could be seen wearing a patterned knit sweater over a cami as her brunette tresses were worn in a middle-part.

In the photo taken from a worm’s eye view, the Grammy winner stood looking over her shoulder and displayed the tattoos — with one dedicated to her rapper beau, Offset, 30 — adorning the back of her legs.
Last year, she revealed she had undergone surgery to remove the biopolymer fillers from her butt.
‘Nothing on me [is] light,’ the performer wrote in her caption.
The Bronx native — who shares two children with former Migos rapper — appeared to be dressed down for a fitting as she stood in front of a clothing rack.

‘In August, I got surgery and I removed 95 percent of my biopolymers,’ she revealed. ‘If you don’t know what it is, it’s a** shots. It was a really crazy process.
She recalled feeling pressured to have a curvier figure growing up in New York City where her naturally thin frame was not particularly praised at the time. However, she said she regrets undergoing the risky procedure now.
She also spoke about the dangers of plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures — warning her fans from undergoing anything without putting in the proper research and care.
In the video, she said: ‘All I’m going to say is that if you’re young — if you’re 19, 20, 21 — and sometimes you’re too skinny, and you be like “OMG I don’t have enough fat to put in my a**” so you result to a** shots, DON’T!’
