Once upon a time, there was an elephant named Ellie who lived in the lush, green jungles of Africa. Ellie was a very large elephant, bigger than any other elephant in her herd. Ellie was also known for her love of pumpkins. Every day, she would make her way to the pumpkin patch near the edge of the jungle and pick out the biggest pumpkin she could find. She would then use her long, curly trunk to bring the pumpkin back to her home in the jungle. That’s when she saw a field of bright orange vegetables that she had never seen before. The vegetables were big and round, and had a green stem on top. They were called butternut squash.
Ellie had never tasted butternut squash before, but she was curious. She walked over to the field and saw that the squash looked just as big and delicious as pumpkins. She used her long, curly trunk to pick up a squash and bring it back to her home in the jungle.
