The actor listed the starter home for $1.4 million
Looks like Vin Diesel is ready to speed off into the sunset and leave his Hollywood Hills home behind. The Fast and Furious star has listed the two-bedroom, three-bath house he’s owned for 16 years for $1.4 million, Trulia reports. Diesel initially listed the home in 2013 for $1.3 million, and before that he’d rented out the space for $5,800 per month. Now, with three kids, it seems the actor is moving on from this bachelor pad for good.
The home is no mega-mansion, but its contemporary vibe and indoor-outdoor living spaces pack plenty of charm. The kitchen, which features Mexican tile accents perfect for Southern California, opens into an airy dining area and living space, with a separate den attached. The master suite has beamed ceilings and French doors, along with a bath complete with a sunken tub. And we can totally picture Diesel and his cast mates lounging in the patio area by the pool. We’re excited to see what the sequel to this home has in store.
