Tuesday, Australian livestock dealer Mark Peter was at a cattle ranch in Mareeba, North Queensland, when he discovered a two-faced cow that was being sold to a slaughterhouse by its owners. This castrated cow, though it looks malformed, is nonetheless in perfect condition.
The cow ‘s second face does not develop next to it, but overlaps directly in front of the main face. In addition to a single eye and tooth, it still has properly functioning nostrils. Mr. Peter said, in addition to the monstrous face, this cow showed no signs of weak health, but on the contrary was very fat.
Its first owner, Mr. Jack ‘Jacko’ Shephard said, contrary to expectations, the two-faced cow has attracted the attention of many people. During his 17 years of working as a herder, he has never encountered such a deformity, although before that, he had encountered many forms of deformities in cows.
It is known that the cow weighing 440kg was sold for 537 Australian dollars (equivalent to 8.7 million VND). However, the future of this two-faced cow does not seem bright because it has been sold to a slaughterhouse.
