MICHAEL Carrick and his family have been making the most of his time off as the gang flew out for some time in Barbados.
The Manchester United mid-fielder decided to give paddleboarding a try and took to the seas – but it appeared his talents lay back on land as he went flying several times.

The sports star donned his light-blue swimming shorts as he spent the day alongside wife Lisa and his two children – who all wore co-ordinating blue swimming attire.
Lisa earned some serious mummy point by bringing out a set of fins – meaning their girl could spend the day in the crystal blue waters pretending to be Ariel from The Little Mermaid.

The loved-up couple are both keen fitness freaks – with Michael having to keep in shape for his time on the playing field and Lisa working as a fitness instructor, teaching pilates.
It appears their regime has paid off for the two of them as they showed off their stunning figures while they relaxed away from the UK.

Keeping her blonde hair swept behind her ears, and happily strolled barefoot around the seaside resort.
She was later spotted pulling faces with her daughter as she facetimed someone back home and took selfies.
Michael, who has been playing for Man U since 2006, has been celebrating an offer to remain with the Old Trafford team for another year after Jose Mourinho became the team’s new manager.
It was previously expected that the FA Cup final clash against Crystal Palace would’ve been his last game.
