Lionel Messi and Antonella Rocuzzo are one of the most popular couples in the soccer world. Messi and Rocuzzo are childhood sweethearts who grew up together in the Argentine city of Rosario. The couple has been together for more than a decade now. However, as per recent reports, it seems that Antonella isn’t the only lady in Lionel Messi’s life. 

As per Sports Lite, Lionel Messi has been rumored to have dated two models before dating Antonela Rocuzzo. Albeit it is generally understood that Antonella is the only love interest in Messi’s life, the PSG star has been rumored to have a couple of relationships before tying the knot with Antonella. As per reports, Messi used to date Argentine model Macarena Lemos back in 2006. 

Lemos had also grown up in Messi’s hometown, Rosario. The former Barcelona star was reported to have gone on a few dates with Macarena. However, Lemos later clarified in an interview about her rumored relationship with Messi. Lemos said, “I didn’t have any relationship with Lionel Messi. His family lives in a neighborhood next to mine, in Rosario. And when I knew he was in Rosario, I went to ask him to take a photo with me, nothing else“.

Messi was also rumored to have an affair with another Argentine model, Luciana Salazar. As per rumors, they started dating in 2008. Luciana was also voted to be representative of the Argentine national team during the 2006 FIFA World Cup. However, Messi has never talked about these rumored relationships in public.
