MORE dads could take a leaf out of Mo Salah’s book after he dressed up as Maui from Disney film Moana to celebrate his daughter’s fifth birthday.

The Liverpool forward shared a snap on Instagram dressed as the 2016 cartoon character.

Salah captioned the post: “I, Maui, bring to you Moana! Happy birthday my princess.”

The Egyptian is dressed in a leaf skirt and a green Hawaiian flower neck garland as part of his efforts, and Disney do well?

Salah also shared a picture giving his daughter a birthday cake with balloons in the background.

Liverpool fans will hope to see the 26-year-old in animated form against Manchester United at the weekend.

And Anfield fans were given a boost ahead of the Old Trafford clash on Sunday with the news Paul Pogba and David De Gea are ruled out the match.

De Gea hobbled out of Spain’s Euro 2020 qualifier in Sweden last night, while Pogba is yet to recover from an ankle injury sustained in a draw against Arsenal last month.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer told Sky Sports: “David needs a scan, I think he’ll be out.

“It certainly looked like it anyway judging on last night so it’s just one of those things.

“Paul had an injury, he came back, he worked really hard.

“He came back and played a couple of games, maybe played through the pain barrier.

“He had a scan after the Arsenal game and maybe needed a few weeks’ rest in a boot so hopefully he won’t be too long, but he won’t make this game, no.”
