According to 90min, Todd Boehly has been in touch with the owner of the French club, Nasser Al-Khelaifi over a possible signing.
The Brazilian has been in sensational form this season, with his goals and assists comfortably combining to a higher number than his appearances.
Chelsea have been the benefactors of two big transfer windows in a row where they have looked to completely rebuild their side.
However, it still feels like they’re not done yet in terms of recruitment.
Neymar would certainly be the most sensational signing of them all, with his abilities seeing him universally known as a world-class player.
There will therefore be a sense of real excitement that the forward has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge.

While he is no longer in charge in West London, Neymar is a great fan of previous manager Thomas Tuchel.
Despite the pair having somewhat of a falling out at PSG, the Brazilian reaffirmed his respect and admiration for the German not long after.
With Neymar featuring predominantly on the left, his role in the side would likely come at the expense of Mykhailo Mudryk if he was to join.
The Ukrainian looked set for a move to Arsenal over the summer, however ended up making the switch to Stamford Bridge.
